    Tellkamp Systems is pleased to add the Automated Extrusion Load System to its line of extrusion handling equipment.  The Automated Extrusion Load System increase the uptime efficiency of loading extrusions onto a vertical paint line.  Extrusions are loaded from a buggy or rack directly onto the Load Table section of the system.  The Load Table, comprised of a series of belt conveyors able to handle extrusion lengths from 6 to 30 feet, automatically advances the extrusions to the hook operator.  This eliminates all the extra pushing, sliding, and maneuvering of extrusions normally required between the parts rack and hook operator.

   


The load table control can be synchronized to the overhead paint line conveyor speed for precise timing, or manually controlled by the hook operator. After extrusions are hooked to the paint line conveyor, the integrated Slide Table smoothly transitions the extrusions from a horizontal orientation on the Load Table to a vertical orientation when hanging on the paint line. And unlike rub-bars, the Slide Table can accommodate any length extrusion with no adjustment or repositioning necessary.
